Web Opinion Research provides three separate levels of research services at different pricing points.
GOLD: Free for all!
PLATINUM: Very low cost with a free Pro-Bono opportunity for nonprofit organizations.
TITANIUM: Commercially priced custom research with exceptional quality and flexibility.
We recommend that you begin with our GOLD product and up-grade only as needed.
GOLD: Free -- self-service survey research that allows individuals to create and conduct their own Internet survey research projects.
The Process:
1. Start by Studying at our Research University
2. Design and Pretest Your Instrument
3. Invite Respondents to Complete Your Questionnaire
4. Retrieve and Analyze Your Data
Important Note: Not every research project is appropriate for our GOLD Self-Service product nor is every individual capable of using our Gold Self-Service
product to obtain acceptable results. These limitations are partly addressed by our Platinum product
PLATINUM: Low Cost -- much like our free product, the client will do most of the work BUT with one BIG difference -- you
will receive individualized professional guidance at every step in the process. PLATINUM: Pro-Bono -- the same as our Platinum product but most services are offered free to qualified nonprofit organizations -- only
a limited number of Pro-Bono opportunities are available each year -- more information is available here.
Platinum Fees: one-time payment of $2,250 due at the beginning of the project, assigned approximately as follows
$750 -- Initial consultation by phone (one hour), follow-up telephone consultations during instrument development and testing (one hour max)
$750 -- Data collection assistance (one hour phone conversation) and initial data analysis (one hour statistical work)
$750 -- Data analysis and interpretation (two hours of telephone consultation)
Phone conversations to be scheduled at mutually convenient times. Additional professional time can be requested at the same rates available as part of our Titanium services. Successful completion of all Research University lessons is expected prior to initial consultation. Platinum fees are not refundable for any reason.
TITANIUM: 100% Professional Service
Titanium Fees: Minimum fee for an Internet Survey is $18,000 with $9,000 due prior to Initial Consultation and the balance due prior
to Results Presentation. This fee is assigned approximately as follows:
(a) Initial Consultation and Study Design using our Internet Survey Tools - $7,500
(b) Data Collection Supervision using our Internet Survey Tools - $3,000
(c) Data Analysis and Conclusions Presentation - $7,500
