PRIVACY FOR STUDY PARTICIPANTS:
Thank you for helping our research clients by completing their questionnaire online. Our role is to provide a platform for research clients to design and implement
a research project. We are not responsible for the content of the questionnaire nor the use of the data you might provide. We do not know your identity. We do not
monitor the data you supply. We do not store your questionnaire responses; except briefly, until they can be retrieved by the research client. Any questionnaire
responses you provide will be under the control of the research client that invited you to participate in their study. You should not provide personal identification
such as name, address, phone number, e-mail address, or an account number unless you completely trust the study sponsor to protect your confidential information.
PRIVACY FOR RESEARCH CLIENTS:
Thank you for using our research platform to design and implement a research project. We maintain several types of client data:
Your Account Information: Your account information contains the contact information you provided us at the time of registration as well as changes and updates
thereto. In addition, we maintain a history of your use of our research platform to conduct research. We will delete all of your account information when you close
your account. We may need to contact you from time to time in order to provide ongoing customer support for a study in progress. We may also contact you from time
to time to invite you to create new research projects.
Your Research Project Results Data: The questionnaire responses to your study belong to you. The responses are stored on our server temporarily and will be deleted after
the project is completed.
Our Analysis and Interpretation of Your Data: Our Platinum and Titanium Level Research Clients receive professional statistical analysis and data interpretation of their project results.
This analysis and interpretation belongs to you. We will delete our statistical analysis and interpretations after the project is complete.
