As of this time, our services are intended to be used solely by legal adult residents of the USA and these services are to be governed solely by applicable USA law. Minors might find some of our services useful; for example, students completing a school project or a youth group investigating a local issue. In such cases, the actual Web Opinion Research account should be in the name of the parent, teacher, group leader, or similar responsible adult. Adult supervision should be exercised at all times. Our instruments are designed to be used with adult native-English speaking residents of the USA. Surveys intended for children or non-native English speakers are more difficult to prepare and beyond the scope of the Web Opinion free and low cost services. Please consider using our Titanium research product if you wish to study children or non-English speakers.
